This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Lexplique LLC (“we” or “Lexplique LLC ”) may use and disclose “Personally Identifiable Information” (PII) (and other data) that we collect about you through this website. The information we collect in web server logs helps us administer the site, analyze its usage, protect the website and its content from inappropriate use and improve the user's experience.

Spatial Information/Data: Spatial data is any data with a direct or indirect reference to a specific location or geographical area. Spatial data is often referred to as geospatial data or geographic information.

Device Information/Data: Device Information includes, but is not limited to, hardware model, operating system version, device time zone, country, device manufacturer name, browser vendor and version, time locale, pre-set language, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number). Is my PII protected?: We take certain appropriate security measures to help protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat our security measures.
